Single Car Vehicle MVA Overturned

Rescue50 and QRV50 responded to MVA with entrapment.  Rescue50 was notified of an auto launch due to entrapment.  Cramerton VFD was notified to assist with landing zone.  Rescue50 requested Ladder4 from Gastonia City Fire for man power.  Upon arrival Rescue50 established command and advised all three occupants were out of the vehicle.  Rescue50, QVR50, and GEMS assisted with patient care.  One patient has taken to the landing zone and has air lifted to the hospital.
